people make international payments when
we were still using our dedicated ticket
booking system.
More recently, however, we have shifted
to using EventBrite. This, unfortunately,
means we have to charge more to cover the
EB fees. However, it does mean you can
now pay by credit card, PayPal, etc, so
the question of international transfers
is no longer relevant.
However, we are retaining this page for
historical interest and reference.

International payments are a complete pain: expensive, and inconvenient.
Options so far are:
- Standard international bank transfer
- This can be expensive with bank fees and non-competitive exchange rates
- TransferWise
- This is open and transparent;
- https://transferwise.com/
- A friend of Colin's uses TransferWise and has provided a referral link:

- We do not accept PayPal
- We are looking to implement Credit Card payments via Stripe
- This is under investigation, updates will follow as (or if) they happen.
Currently we recommend, if possible, using TransferWise.
