Each page can have a secion at the end that starts with "This Page Uses" and then goes on to list other pages. The idea is that if, for example, a page uses the idea of Equivalence Relation, then that page can be referenced.

Automatically on the referenced page is added a section called: "This page enables." In this way when a page is read, the reader knows what other pages might then be interesting because they follow on from this one.
