Who?
Red Priest is a fantastic baroque quartet, mixing musicianship,
scholarship and virtuoso performance, with staging that brings
the music to life. Founded in 1997, they are proving to be a
great success in the world of early music. Musicologist and
broadcaster George Pratt captured the group's extravagantly
baroque ethos when he said:
"If nobody goes over the top,
how will we know what lies
on the other side?"
