3 minutes, 1 blob of plasticine, your skill against everyone else. |

You have three minutes to shape a boat out of plasticine.
At the end of that time you put it in water and see how
many coins it holds before it sinks. Several attempts
are permitted, the results are scored, and the winner
gets a small prize.
Questions
- How many attempts should be allowed?
- What is the best shape?
- And why?
- How hard is it to build?
- How does the answer vary with the attempt number
- Draw a scatter plot of score against attempt number
- Use a different colour for each person
